Technical Project Manager(OSS product)
Management of OSS product development team (multi-national team).
Translate abstract requirements from the Product Owner and business side into development tasks and create milestones for the development team.
Act as a hub between the business side and the engineering side, coordinating development details, schedules, resource management, etc..
Estimate and define requirements for new development items.
At least 1 year of experience in a technical management position such as PM or Scrum Master.
At least 1 year of working experience in web application development or knowledge of web application development at the level of passing the basic Information Technology Engineer Examination (or equivalent).
Must be a native Japanese speaker.
Experience with translating abstract requirements from the Product Owner and business side into development tasks and creating milestones.
Extensive work experience as a web engineer. PM or development experience in products dealing with GIS (Geographic Information Systems).
Experience working in a team structure with diverse backgrounds, including languages and cultures.
Experience in product development using agile methodologies.
Experience in upstream processes such as man-hour estimation and requirement definition.
