Eukarya Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to safeguarding its own information assets, as well as those entrusted to us by our customers, from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime. We strive to earn and maintain the trust of our customers and society by implementing company-wide initiatives in line with the following policy:

1. Responsibility of Management

The Company, under the leadership of its management, will make continuous and systematic efforts to enhance and improve information security.

2. Establishment of Internal Structure

The Company will establish an organizational framework dedicated to maintaining and improving information security, and will define security measures as formal internal rules.

3. Commitment of Employees

All employees of the Company will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and will ensure the effective implementation of security practices.

4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements

The Company will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, while fulfilling the expectations of our customers.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of any violation of laws, contractual obligations, or security-related incidents, the Company will take appropriate measures and strive to prevent recurrence.
